I have more than 10 years of marketing and leadership experience, working across B2B & B2C, covering 28 markets.
Through my experience, I have built a strong marketing & commercial mindset, with natural tendency to optimise current strategies and processes to deliver the best possible output with the best teams. As a part of bp’s central Marketing organisation, I was appointed to lead bp’s holistic Customer Lifetime Value programme at a global level.
Increasing the annual incremental profit ROI for retail partner by 30% YoY.
Delivered a 189% incremental profit ROI through a multichannel automated CRM program.
